How did you do that?
Code? No way you took time out of your day to animate this frame by frame...good music, and a nice artistic twist. I'm also glad the track is on NG. i wouldn't mind hearing this while shuffling through other tunes. You might consider getting this method incorporated to other flashes. This would make a good club/rave-esque setting.
I perceived a Universe in my mind's eye. I'd have to watch it again to see anything in depth to the point where i wouldn't see it before.
As for Kougra Ex's review, i have to disagree. It is a human urge to have things make sense, but its also an urge of this generation to have things brought to us, to be told what to do. Take computer games, to which our demographic labels as pass time. We are told what to do, how to think, without any moral decision on our own. We are unable to think on our own. Why should we? we have our goals set out for us and someone higher up calling the shots. So when something like this flash comes along that is not apparent at first glance, we snub it as "meaningless", simply because it is not telling us what to think.
As for art conveying information, what type of world would that be? If we can widdle down artistic expression to mere utility, then art is forever doomed. Art isn't supposed to be useful. It doesn't produce food, industry, science...all it produces is thought and imagination. These in themselves are apart from the rest, but are no less essential. So in a world where everything must have use, everything must meet an end, is it not refreshing to create something that does not have that end? Isn't there something innocent about creating for the sake of creating?
Heh, I just argued Aesthetics.
